Try to picture this:
Ferris Wheels, Rides, and Games are in the back the Fair/Carnival
The Circus Tent is in the middle, as well as the pony ride thing are in the middle of the fair, and the cages/exhibits (like the fattest person alive and a 3 headed snake or somethin' are in each cage) and food/snack stands are in the front of the carnival. I just thought I could kinda come up with a structure or map thing to help people roleplay. If you want to used a different map or whatever, feel free to do so.

Blah blah in charactar, roleplaying text.
Or you could do this:
ooc: blah blah out of charactar stuff
ic: Charactar did something, blah blah.
